I would query it at a week, I've never had a payment take longer. They may be wanting to do an ID check

Have you checked your "visited" log? Sometimes the offers appear as pending with a little yellow symbol. Like this for my Phemex (this does not show in the big Pending section at the top of the page.

I've also made several withdrawals, but I think it depends on whoever is approving the payments! I always go for Mastercards, but sometimes its next day, and othertimes it takes 3-4 days. Maybe they have different payment runs for each method.

Send in a ticket (just a query in the support chat). I think they are auto banning a lot of accounts that do this offer quickly, and a message to support sorts it out in a couple of days (my own account was unbanned in less than a day).
