It is confusing to be honest. You access ADAP by clicking on the link from the Popple home page within the Appen site, but there is no work at the moment.
The surveys are the only ones you will have a problem with. I understand if that experience has made you hesitant, but it really is only a survey specific issue if that gives you any more confidence.
@Bexxx yes try the above and then "recipient accounts", if the account is there you should have the option to delete it. If that doesn't work I would contact them and ask if they can remove it manually
