    I've just had another 2 payments, both for $4, so it looks like they are starting to clear the payments due. These would have been from Summer last year. Still not sure if I want to do more work for them though if it is taking 8 months for payments.

    I've just had a customer feedback survey from Neevo - gave it both barrels. Probably won't get me anywhere, but it made me feel better. How can we improve payments? Well actually PAYING them would be a start!
