My year was up last week but still on it. Some people have had emails with extensions until April so I will either get that myself or get taken off but I’ll just keep going until am told either way

I never bothered completing the survey as it states at the bottom of it: NB. If your one year as an SME rater is scheduled to end in December 2020, no action is required.

Had the same issue myself, Wednesday got 19 then yesterday got 17. So deleted the messenger app, switched off on with the phone and reloaded messenger and got the full 20 today.

Money for the week is now in everyone

Switching you’re phone off as well seems to work. If I don’t delete the messenger app and reboot the phone I normal get this issue so it’s just routine for me now lol...
