Not that anyone here asked... but been tearing the site apart (behind the scenes) following my own advice a bit more on keeping things simple and to the point except for your lessons and learning piece. Will soon be in a lot better shape thanks to some feedback after going out and hunting it...
Hello Jon@TheMoneyShed you've given me a problem and so I am glad its come up early.
You've read this thread and so had an indication that the website is going to be around sales advice for startups. Whilst, to a one, everyone else I've shown the website cold (i.e. no knowledge of what I am...
Hey Coops and welcome aboard. Will you be sticking to the online bits and bobs and hunting for another job? Undecided? Starting a business?
It sounds like the long term is fine but the day to day bills and actually being able to afford to have fun are your goals. As that is the case your...
Whilst it is far from launch and so could be expected, I would tell others that they need to make it clear on every page what they are doing. I'll be getting back to work then as I do appreciate it is a million miles from done and paper doesn't count as content :S
Google Analytics by Yoast has been an unexpectedly easy addition to the fold. It was very easy and practically just included running a few 'wizards' to get through the process and bam. Easy analytics.
I made some good money through betting before using arbitrage but thats for another day...
The website development is well underway and so hopefully payday for this is approaching. I've also got the very bones of my sales startup up on twitter @dandansalesman so making significant strides but...
Update started: £77.95 total = 0.8% approx. (of £1,000 business startup fund)
Since this time I have been very busy working on the end-product of this money raising venture, more so than raising the money I had been planning to use to create said project. However:
Onepoll - close to payout...
Hey Jockette and welcome aboard, loads of good ideas here and occasionally a short-term belter arrives and you get a little bit of money before they close down the loopholes as the owners notice its all too good to be true!
Internal IT, I work for an ICT company and it took from December to May for them to sort out my laptop. They didn't finish the job, then I was sick, then I went on leave. So I haven't handed back the loan laptop yet and they had the cheek to have a go at me.
Thank God we don't treat our...
I've never really consistently earned money from home on these things but I think you're probably right I should be registered to cover things as I do square £200 easily per year outside of work and this will go up when I do the freelancing more.
In the past the freelancing efforts have been...
Managed to withdraw £7.95 from Geolotto and doubt I'll be going back. Have also made a conscious effort to do a Onepoll+ survey every time I get an invite and so am close to the £8 payouts and at about £33 on Onepoll following a resolution to try and do 20p a day there.
The letting agents deal...
I have been looking this up online and through the forums without great success as I think ideally I just need to speak to someone with a bit more experience. My scenario...
- I have a full time job and basic salary
- I have a car allowance, pension and student loan considerations
- I work in...
People at work (when I worked in an office) had these all the time and never got the appeal. Tried them but didn't get on with them.
Going through tests to see if I get allergies and/or am a celiac so might have to convert at some point!
Neobux ouch! That was a huge time drain and there is only 1 way to make decent money that I've ever heard of and that is recruiting unpaid referrals who then do lots of the mini jobs.
Doing the mini jobs yourself is good for the odd $ but its the referrals who will do you good business, the...
So until the point where newbies can edit signatures, are there adverts instead?
Very clever idea that! People are more ready to accept static adverts when they are getting something for free it seems.
No not ipoll its Onepoll and believe me I have tried maybe 20 survey sites and not one has come close to Onepoll! Just seems to be relatively consistent where most are very unreliable in one way or another.
QMEE could do this much but I don't search enough (I see you already use this).
I comfortably make this with Onepoll and after you've done that a while Onepoll+ which is essentially the same thing but with longer and better paid surveys. Either should comfortably make you the £10 a month.
