From the way you worded it yes that was what it would have meant. As it turns out they did so, if you did the offer you should have a free bet!
Yeah it usually means if Leeds take the lead at any point, even if they don’t win. Had a similar promo on emsahara during a Champions League night—placed a small bet and got a freebie when my team led for just a few minutes before blowing it, lol. Still got the bonus though, which was nice.
