Finally a code that's worked out for me timing wise. Put an offer in for an item the other day which was declined, but because the original Buy It Now price was 20% more than my offer, I've managed to get it at my offer price and the seller is also happy

I bought from a private seller on what was an existing listing, the discount was added by Ebay, my Paypal receipt confirmed I'd "paid" the seller the full price of the item.
