The companies are bidding in real time on the space you are offering. The same way mediavine would

Sidebar placement isn’t so hot but inline contextual text ads are as companies like that opportunity

Text ads inline are a Lot less intrusive than picture one I always Find

Well. $0.45 for the 14th

Certainly improved

Add two lots of ads for the inlines!

You are paid when people click on your ads so just having them on sidebar isn’t going to entice them in the same way having them in the content will because they are then contextual to the text around them

Your views are excellent, your placement continues to be poor as YOU are not inviting people to click on your ads by only having them on the sidebar instead of having 3 sets of ads per page, 2 of which would be inline on the content

Then you will see an upswing in people clicking on your ads but until you do that you aren’t going to see a change no matter which ad agency you use

But if there are 10k+ Impressions in a day and ZERO ad revenue, that doesn't sound good.

I'll try the inline ads and see if it makes a difference.

Like I said above you are paid ONLY when people CLICK ON YOUR ADS, you aren’t paid for impressions so just having them in a sidebar serves no real purpose

Create 2 new long rectangle shaped ads and put the code into advanced ads and place them at 2 different paragraph points

Don't most people use ad blockers these days? I know I do.

Dunno, I don’t on safari on my mac

In place ads don’t bother me, the ones that do are pop up ones

Ok - Done.

:)

Lets see what difference it makes to my Media.net income... It can't be any worse than I currently have.

Are you using the same ad code for both ads? If so, don’t, they need different codes so they pull different ads.

Also I would make one a very large rectangle, maybe the top one and the lower one a slightly small one. And also place it maybe 2 paragraphs from the bottom

Just had a look on my laptop - I would make the second rectangle bigger than it is. At least double the size, you gain nothing from having such a small adspace

I would probably also make your sidebar one a lot longer in length, maybe the same size as TMS one which I think is 600x160 or something

I'm out this evening but I will have a play. They were Media.net 'recommended' sizes.
