also "where your find lots" doesn't make sense.

Vanessa, I really suggest that you get a proofreader or writer on board to help you with this sort of thing ASAP. You will not have to pay a freelancer much to check over website or adverts and it will make a huge difference to your brand image. Poorly written adverts and bad grammar is a huge red flag to many customers as spelling mistakes and things like "lot's" are the sort of thing you often see on spam websites or fake goods websites run by people in China.

The word 'recieve' is spelt wrong, it should be 'receive'

It's the formatting/alignment I like best.

Are these ads made for you or does each seller create them themselves?

These are created by the reps they are simple adverts that they have on their own pages, unlike the other mlm's I do not have to go through & check everyone's adverts on their own personal page, the recruitment ones I have started checking as these need to be compliant but the other's it is down to them.

Vanessa,

Have you done any more resarch about if you are allowed to offer cash as a reward for recruiting people

I found this being used by another franchise at the moment

1926690_10152450672206149_1034361191212887197_n.jpg

At the bottom it states it is illegal to persuade people to sign up with the promise of cash for recruiting others.

This has been amended and will state clearly this on all of our future advertisements, however they are not being paid cash they get a bonus payment if someone buys a kit, it is a % of their kit, just like all of the other mlm's.

Vanessa I would really counsel against allowing your reps to do their own thing with advertising and not having someone check adverts over first.

Your brand is the very most important thing about your company. You have a very clear idea about what you want your brand to be saying and how you want people to think about your products and what you do. If you allow people to do their own thing they are going to produce a huge mish-mash of advertisements which are not consistent, all saying different things, using different fonts/graphics and messages. It's going to be much weaker marketing than if you insist on consistency or at least a basic "house style" in terms of graphics, fonts, key messages etc.

I agree with this, am also interested in how you came to decide on the name from an SEO point of view

There seem to be numerous other companies around the world called agirlsbestfriend which come up if I search for that

If I search 'a girls best friend' with the words broken up the results are all over the place which is of no surprise because they are general terms.

It's a very general term and I was wondering if SEO and how Google will treat your site came into question when you were choosing the company name.

Vanessa,

Your reps are STILL using this one on Facebook (seen it this morning)

again, it is not recieve, it is receive

I also think women's and children's used like that could be wrong with the apostrophes

Fees and Besties.
I would really suggest you get a proofreader to check your adverts and promotional material for you. In fact if you give me a review on Freelancer I will do it for free! I have 19 years' publishing experience but zero experience on Freelancer and I'm trying to build my reputation.

Women's and children's are correct in that case.

The ads look good apart from the spelling errors; but they really do instantly put me (and everyone) off.

Thought I would do a check to see what is happening with A Girls Best Friend and I click through and get this:
Down For Maintenance
A Girls Best Friend
We'll be back
Sorry this store has now closed it doors while we attend to some issues that need to be resolving. Please Note all orders placed in the last 14 days will arrive with their customer before Christmas. We hope to re-open next year. This includes anyone & any pages associated with AGBF.

Think we will leave this thread at that.

I know what is going on but in the interest of me not getting into 63336 esk trouble again I shall just lock this thread for now
