Affiliate marketing question

I have just started my new blog and am planning to monetise rightaway so people are just used to seeing it. I have a question about joining afffilate marketing networks such as Awin. If I put in my blog website name can I only use the affiliate links on that domain or could I use them on a second website too (I have a business which has a blog which some may be relevant for too)? Thanks

I’ve always used the links however and wherever I want and never had any issues in years of being an Awin member

That's good to know. Do I need to put in one "official" domain?

Second question. Should I use my me@mydomain.com email or get a gmail? Wondering about junk......
