Just needed a bit of advice on getting started if possible.
Firstly, am I right in thinking that the only way to legally be able to resell stock with arbitrage is by signing up as the sole proprietor of a business, rather than an individual?
If yes, does anyone know if this will impact the tax I earn from my actual 9-to-5 or is it a separate entity?
Just weighing up whether it's worth pursuing or not.
