Other Earning Opportunity Amazon Music Refund

I've been paying for Amazon Music unlimited in addition to Amazon Prime for quite a while. I caught wind on Facebook that many people were managing to get refunds by stating they didn't know that any music was included with Amazon Prime. I tried my luck and have managed to get 12 months refunded @ £7.99 so £95.88 in total.
I know there are some who have been refunded more than 12 months..worth a try for nothing!

How do you go about enquiring about this refund? Mine auto-renewed on 14 May and they took £79 out, but I haven't used it since and intended to cancel.

EDIT: actually scrap that, found the chat link, had a chat and they sorted it within 2 mins. £79 back in my bank account. Hooray!
