it surprises me that people don't realise when you sign up to sell Juice+ or whatever the products are just a side issue. Those at the top make their money with more sign ups, the product is just used as a carrot dangle

ooohh I want to get involved in something that helps people live a healthy lifestyle or read good books or whatever. Those are just targeted products.. But before you sell the product, pay £50 to get access to that

Don't get me started on those juice plus etc. a friend of ours has started selling some of this nonsense recently, at first I thought it might be one of the better ones as she's a gym instructor so thought she'd at least have checked it was a good product first but then the other day she posted something on Facebook about not drinking water and that you should only have this tea she was pushing or some such nonsense. If she lived nearer I'd go round and hit her over the head with a box of the stuff as I think it's the only thing that'll shake some sense into her!

I just use AdBlocker.

But Juice + and all the other pyramid schemes - why do folk fall for such stuff. They are always advertising in the local Facebook for sale groups too.

not sure AdBlocker will stop these, these are posted on Facebook 'jobs for stay at home mums' type groups

they fall for them because they are posted by 'fellow' mums

thing is, I have baited a few of them via chat to give me more details and one changed her story from 'I am on disability benefit' to 'I joined up to this and told my boss to shove his job!'

I wouldn't surprise me if they are 'fake mums' used to sign people up, could easily be done

oh yep - I have also seen the pm for more info and I have asked why can't you just post on the thread instead of all the subterfuge. Be clear you are flogging a pyramid scheme/MLM or whatever.
