@homie, so if I have got this right, you ONLY place a Laybet, and it is on the horse that you think is going to lose (as a laybet is Against the horse winning)? No bookie bet involved at all - so less chance of a gubbing, ha ha!

That is correct, at least I shouldn't be gubbed by smarkets. Managed to pick the winner yesterday though which put me back to almost zero. Only playing around with 50p bets though.

I followed some tipsters on FB for a while. A lot of them claim that you can reach £1000 starting with £25. They did do it a few times, but I discovered they were full of rubbish. They would say back over 1.5 goals to return x amount. However, they always overstated the odds. I questioned this and they would just delete my comments.
The issue is, many of their followers don’t really understand the importance of the odds.

Bet365. Nearly all of them are. My guess is, they have one of the best affiliate deals!

To be honest, I have betting £5 everyday across four tipsters. Divide the number of tips by the stake and hey presto.

ROI is fluctuating between 3-5%
