Anyone selling books on Amazon FBA?

Looking into selling books on Amazon FBA.
Anyone have any tips or experience with this?

I have a load of books to get rid of and thought it would be worth a try.

Check how much they are selling for first and also what Amazon's fees are. You may well find it isn't worth your time.

would you send these books to amazon for them to sell from their warehouse?

If not the cost of postage on books can be pretty jarring!!

Right so what sort of fees / costs are you looking at then?

Do you have the Amazon Seller app? Scan the barcode and look up the first few used FBA prices, then the book rank. You looking for anything in the top 1% of book sales, that’s about rank 1- 1,000,000
They have a calculator within the app so it’ll work out your fees. Work on your minimum profit per book, most sellers are £5, and go from there. To send a shipment under 15kg is £5.08 with UPS so work that into costs too.
