They are expensive, along with the $3 fee per payment received they charge 2% on the exchange rate as well.

I have never had problems with them though, sounds like they have set your account up as a business rather than personal

Heads up - after a year of no issues, my Appen payment was put into pending without notifying me. I only realised because someone else on a forum mentioned they'd got their money! I used live chat and spoke to someone. They tried to palm me off at first and then said just fill in the business survey but I insisted they help me as I did not have a business or a business website, in the end, they gave me a website to use along the lines of www.nowebsite.com or something like that and it was all sorted! What a palava!
