Yep The F - I was doing 7 days a week. Had a message out of the blue to say I was being terminated, all audit feedback was positive bar 1 mistake on 1 audit 3 weeks or so ago.

About 2 months ago I had a mail to say the client had reviewed my account and was not happy - but that was because I went to USA and the social media somehow got stuck in USA when I got back, however this was sorted.

I could understand if my audits were bad but they really were not

Am gutted as it was easy money.

Appen are driving me mad, applied for 2 positions, around 6 weeks ago, not heard a bean, then I get emails saying oppourtunities in your area, do you know anyone who would like to apply, yes I do, its ME! I have also emailed them asking on a update on my application but heard nowt there either, anyone got any advice?

They are usually looking for a very specific demographic. I would just keep applying for whatever you can and just email them every now and then and politely let them know that you have free time and very interested in any opportunities they may have.

Eventually something will come up and usually it's well worth it when it does! Good luck

Just got a 500 phrases recording task.

Yep just had the 500 recordings one too. I found it a bit quicker than last year's ones. Not sure if it was the phrases or because I've got Fibre broadband now.

How we get lots of repeat work again like last year. Good luck with it everyone.

The recording tasks from last year were 1000 and 2000 words though, so this one seemed a nice breezy 15 minute job ;D
