They're asking for more male referrals so if anyone would like me to refer husbands/partners/relatives/etc just send me their full name and email and I'll get it sent over.
Thank you @manatee and @Savvy cash for the tips with that! I haven't had to navigate the application/consent forms but I'll do my best to help people if they get stuck. Do email them about anything though. They have actually been getting back to me, unlike Appen!

I've been working on an audio recording project for iSoftstone. It's not the terrible Appen ones where they ask you with increasing distress to force your kids to sit still for $35 or whatever it is.
Requirements:
You are recording 3000-3500 prompts which sounds daunting but they're all simple things 'directions to smith street', etc. Anything you don't know how to pronounce you can skip. Payment is $0.12 per prompt so you'll earn between $360-420. Payment is through Paypal. 'Training' is recording 10 prompts and that's unpaid but after that you record your first 100, they check it over and then you can record up to 500 per day.
- iPhone 6 or above (you can use a borrowed one)
- native British English speaker
- 18+
Full disclosure, I will get $10 for anyone I refer who records over 3000 prompts. I hope no one minds. Let me know if you'd like me to refer you!

They’ve put a pause on female participants for now, including some that already went over unfortunately. I'll let you know as soon as I can if yours has been put on hold but the vast majority haven't (it's less than 5). I've been told that almost everyone's been contacted whose names went over besides the last dozen. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam and if it's not there, let me know.
I'm very sorry to those that aren't able to get on the project right now. I think when they said there weren't any limits on participants they weren't expecting the kind of response The Money Shed gave. I definitely wasn't either! Fingers crossed they'll lift the limit at least for the people who've already got their details to me.
I'll keep you all updated.

I'm really sorry about that. I've asked to be kept updated if it changes so hopefully I can get the people who've already asked approved. If not, when there's another project I'll make sure everyone who hasn't managed to get on this one goes over first.

Ahh, i have just see the above posts. Please still bear me in mind if it reopens to females and my Husband would be more than happy to do it, so if you let me know what info you would need for him if and when it reopens, that would be great.

Whats the latest with this? I've registered but all I got is a generic email from them saying "thankyou very much for your application" etc. Is this the same for everyone?
So I've submitted my application form and consent form. My dashboard says 'submitted for training' but I can't click on anything to start and have no more info on what to do next. Anyone got any tips? Just wanted to check I wasn't missing anything obvious before I emailed them to ask.
