So I've submitted my application form and consent form. My dashboard says 'submitted for training' but I can't click on anything to start and have no more info on what to do next. Anyone got any tips? Just wanted to check I wasn't missing anything obvious before I emailed them to ask.

Mine says that too. I assume we'll just need to wait for an email - can't imagine they'll have been working over the weekend.

Whats the latest with this? I've registered but all I got is a generic email from them saying "thankyou very much for your application" etc. Is this the same for everyone?

Thanks everyone for keeping me updated! The recruitment team haven't confirmed your details with the people running the project yet. You'll hear from them to start training soon. They think there's a delay because of the weekend.

I've been working on an audio recording project for iSoftstone. It's not the terrible Appen ones where they ask you with increasing distress to force your kids to sit still for $35 or whatever it is.

Requirements:

• iPhone 6 or above (you can use a borrowed one)
• native British English speaker
• 18+

You are recording 3000-3500 prompts which sounds daunting but they're all simple things 'directions to smith street', etc. Anything you don't know how to pronounce you can skip. Payment is $0.12 per prompt so you'll earn between $360-420. Payment is through Paypal. 'Training' is recording 10 prompts and that's unpaid but after that you record your first 100, they check it over and then you can record up to 500 per day.

Full disclosure, I will get $10 for anyone I refer who records over 3000 prompts. I hope no one minds. Let me know if you'd like me to refer you!

I posted a little bit up the thread but as of yesterday the recruitment team hadn't forwarded people over to the project team yet as they were off for the weekend. I am keeping on top of the person running the project though, don't worry! Pretty sure she hates me already

Just had an update. Those of you who've completed the consent forms, etc, she's starting to reach out to people now.

Everyone else:
If you sent me your details Friday or earlier and haven't heard from them at all, let me know. You should have received an email by now.

If anyone is stuck anywhere along the process (struggling with consent forms, etc), let me know. I can give you an email address of someone there who can walk you through it.

Sadly, this is another one that I've had major issues with. The app wouldn't allow me to register and when I was then given a direct link to register via Safari, it worked, but then once logged in I just got a blank page. Think it's time to move on as it seems support don't have an answer.

Yes I received an email with instructions too. You have to download and register an account with WeChat but it looks like it requires you to know an existing WeChat user?
