I'm having an issue with the app today. It wouldn't let me reserve a job wait says that "another account is already associated with this device". I'm not sure what that means as ive only ever used one account on this phone. Tried restarting/signing back in/reinstalling. When I tried to change my password, I'm now locked out. Is there something wrong with the app?

It's a bit annoying as there was a handy job which sounded easy just round the corner from me.
Yes it’s saying the same to me as well. Really annoying as there were £14 worth of tasks to do at my local supermarket tonight!

I started having the same issue a short while ago. I'm glad it's not just me.

Ironically I've had some very delayed confirms coming through via email. Maybe the staff should be deborking the app instead of going through the backlog.

Hi,can somebody kindly help me out.Be my eye owed me £10.50 for the cactus water task and have only paid me £6.they are not replying to support or Facebook messages.how do I contact them kindly.many thanks.how much I miss the helpfulness of task 360

Sorry you are having difficulty, i no longer do BME etc... had a contact inside the company who has now gone am afraid so all i have is support.uk@bemyeye.com keep hammering at them, they do tend to eventually reply on that address, dont use support on the app, it is unmanned and they get so much grief on FB they dont bother with that either now... good luck

Dunno TBH Jon, would not be surprised if he did, but no, i spoke with an English guy that worked in their main office in Milan who left.. Seen the Paddys back on, must be someone new near me as they usually sit for weeks around me, but almost all gone in minutes... am contemplating going to try a few car charge tasks that are up to £15 around me

I feel so annoyed, yesterday I done the superdrug task and submitted it and it went fine. On my to to work I notice it shows the timer of how long I have to submit and when I pressed the task again it showed the first screen of doing the task...
I have had this happen before on bme too...almost like they take my tasks I submit and then say I have not submitted.
My Internet connection was fine and I've used the app on 3 different phones and have had issues.

When I go to request payment it asks me to fill out my details, which I do, but when I go to save it says that my postcode is incorrect. I have tried putting it in every way I can think of but it is still saying it is incorrect. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have emailed support but have had no reply. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it x

Ah man sorry to hear that. Can't say I've heard of this problem before either! Is there a different payment method you could choose that doesn't require you to put in all this information?

Well that sucks from a customer service point of view if they aren't even getting back to you!!
