Hi,
Wondering if anyone could advise me please. I have been with OddsMonkey for just over a year, have a yearly subscription which expires in April. I like the website, but to be honest I cannot afford to update it on a yearly basis, especially for what I am managing to earn through matched betting. Was thinking of cancelling when it gets close to April, and then trying a couple of trials or a cheaper one. Have already done trials in the past with Profit Accumulator and Team Profit. Just need to reduce my overheads, but still want to continue matched betting. Any recommendations would be very welcome.

These days I would say you are paying for the tools when it comes to Matched Betting companies so factor that in.

A monthly sub with PA for example is £17 a month, would you make more than that a month? Or if you use the £76 off code we have on ( https://blog.themoneyshed.co.uk/what-is-matched-betting ) it would be £11.66 a month

Team Profit just funnel you through OddsMonkey anyway so you will end up back where you started again!

Know what you're saying re the tools, may have to go onto monthly with Odds Monkey to make it more manageable for now

If your renewal isn't until April you can earn the annual membership AND THEN SOME during Cheltenham in March!

Depends what tools you are using. If you are only using the oddsmatcher then you could probably just look for matches manually and forgo the fee.

Is Matched Betting dead now?

I feel like that bookers will gub you after a certain point, and it's not sustainable.

Instead of paying for a Matched Betting service.

I use this website ( the offers are explained and shown and updated for free).

Well based on you previous months on the earnings challenge you are making around £100 a month from Matched Betting so should be able to cover any subscription costs

This looks fantastic and will cover everything I need. I usually do bet and get offers, the Sky soccer boosts, Bet365 2ups and the occasional horse offer. May have a break from odds monkey after Cheltenham and try this

I started with just matts matched betting blog, linked by @Kingsavvysaver.
What's missing is the odds matcher so it will be a bit of an effort doing manual checks every time you want to place a bet. Makes Accas very hard work too without the software to do the matching for you.

If I were you I would try the PA free trial to see how you like it then go with the Money Shed £76 off code if you want to continue. I dont think you will find a better deal than that and you should easily make that back each month

For me, the MB services main selling point is the various odds matching tools: each-way matcher, oddsmatcher, racing matcher, Dutch matcher etc.

These are a must for Cheltenham festival and such like.

I do think they will need to offer something different as the MB landscape shifts away from Bet x get y offers.

Point taken, will see how I go. My membership doesn't expire until just after Cheltenham, so will see how what my situation is after that. Just quite stressed about money at the moment. Moving house, some of my work has dried up and some of ,y other work looks precarious. We shall see.
