I only really bother with Prolific, Populous and Curious Cat thesedays, Pinecone is decent value as well.

Yes I like pinecone although they are a bit sporadic, the pay rate is much higher ;-)

I’ve been seeing good things from curious cat, a good initial start with Qmee but now getting booted out of a lot, I think it might be because I don’t have kids. Done a couple on prolific started loads on survey net work but it just keeps starting new ones and binning me out so think I might unsubscribe from that for now. QuickThoughts seems ok but I think you can only get iTunes vouchers which I’m unlikely to use so I’m pondering whether to carry on with that one

Is curious cat an app? I’m new to this so trying to collect a few apps and see how I get on.

With swagbucks, run the videos on phone iPhone (5), Android (7) there each 10 points, on main site game - 10 swags, watch videos ... easily 30 swags

That’s 90 / 120 without going near surveys...easy £5 a week

I am currently using swag codes, opinion outpost, pure profile and one other but i can't remember it.
I know it takes time for them, but almost every survey just quits when I am almost finished, wasting time. Could anyone give me the best effective sites to earn money from doing surveys ?? thanks!

In not quite sure whether it has already been mentioned not what device you're using. But on android there is an app called people.io. The marketplace is currently down, but I've been using it for a year now and have around 4k points which will get you a 10 pound gift card.

It really depends on where you live with these survey apps. For instance living in the country/outskirts like me gets you less surveys. Hope this helps.

I tried to do surverys a while back and it was so time consuming for very little payback. Got a part time job instead! But I'm looking into getting back into doing this stuff on the side. Thanks for the thread!

Hi,

I started off in April with iPoll and it is very tedious. Their cash out point is quite high at £25 and can take ages to get to. That said I have made £50 since then until their site went rogue and glitched on me and now I can't get back in. I think they have done me a favour though as I was going to stop using them.

I started with Curious Cat two weeks ago and I really wish I had started earlier. I like it a lot. It is quick and you can cash out when you reach £1.00. In two weeks I have earned £14.16 without much effort. My kind of site :D

Swagbucks is a Marmite site, you either like it or you don't. I like it, but I don't like Marmite!! I have mentioned on a previous thread recently how I have been getting on with SB and I think I will keep it up with them for a little while longer.

Good luck and keep going. It's all trial and error. It seems that what works well for one person doesn't for another. You will find what works best for you soon :)

Oh no! So sorry about the loss of your dosh :O it is a third day that I try to get on with the iPoll constantly hoping it will be ok :D but I am at the point of just leaving it alone :)

Downloaded Curious Cat and Swagbucks will give them a go :)
Thank you for the advice @An-na xx

I'd recommend YouGov - you get about £5/hr and I get daily services. However, their cashout is £50 which is a few months so if you need the money now I'd look elsewhere. If you go to bit.ly/YouGovTMS I get.

Curious cat is great, short and sweet. Pity the app doesn't work on tablets. I liked Qmee at first but now get screened out of every onecI take and also the app is a bit laggy sometimes. I don't have kids either, maybe that's why I'm screened out.

Swagbucks is rubbish bin that off asap. The best earners are really Prolific.ac, Global Test Market, Toluna and Panelbase.net
