Anyone buy bulk on ebay for CDs, DVDs, games etc?

Any successes?

Personally I've had success with smaller lots of vinyl, and also bought 200 cassettes end of last year for just under £200 (a high price but there were some really rare ones!) which should be a really good earner through discogs - have already sold c. £115 worth and have only sold about 20 cassettes - I've still got plenty left to sell for at least a few pounds with several over £10 and a couple for £20-30++

Thinking of trying the same with games but I don't think it's quite as good an earner; it's an expensive thing to dip your foot into if you're shelling out £100 plus on a job lot it's a bit of a leap of faith!

Also - does anyone (maybe Andrew?!) know if PS1 cases will go as a large letter or not?

PS1 game in a normal case will go large letter. Theres were some that came in double cases and I'm not sure they would fit the slot. (Tip - Make a cardboard cut out of the large letter slot size so you can check all your post before you send it out)

I bought a job lot of PS1 games at a boot sale. Did ok on them but the problem is you always get some left at the end that no one wants. The way to go is with the older stuff. Newer games are still depreciating too fast and you don't want to be stuck with a box full of depreciating assets.

Yeah PS1 was as recent as I was planning on going; apart from maybe some handheld games (GBA, PSP) if I can get my hands on good ones cheap enough.

I'm hoping with PS1 games it'll be a bit like my cassettes - can pick them up a pound a pop and there'll be a few which can go for £10-20 maybe a touch more which will hopefully mean im still in profit despite the ones which will be a struggle to get rid of for £1... as I said it's a bit of a punt with such purchases I think!
