just had a look at this and there were a couple of studies i applied for which sound really interesting.

Birmingham have another study up but unfortunately I don't meet the criteria for it. It's certainly worth doing one if you can, even if you have to go a bit out the way to do it because I'm now on two pools/lists for further research because of this one study; a pool for the researcher who undertook the study I did, and one for further studies within the University as a whole

If I've got nothing better to do, I'll look at the online studies, but I just find the site a bit clumsy compared to P.A. and others. I also don't like that when you've done a study, it's still there on the page, so if you go back, you have to remember that you've already done it - which is sometimes a challenge at my age

I've only done a free survey with these, purely because I was intrigued by the title!
It was can you tell a real laugh from a fake laugh...only took 10 mins and it was pretty funny Some were so weird!

That looks awesome! If you live locally (or are prepared to travel) to one of the universities running the mote highly paid experiments, you could probably be quids in. One of them was offering £180.
I've just trawled through, but there are no uni's near me doing anything like that at the mo. But fantastic site, thanks so much for pointing it out. Fascinating stuff. I will keep looking

Just completed an app trial on this site. Only had to use the app 3 times for 5 minutes each and then a 5 minute survey for a £5 amazon voucher so worth keeping an eye on the site.

Most definitely! I just wish I lived near one of the unis they seem to use a lot. Cambridge is my nearest one, and so far nothing's come up there. I looked at a few of their studies, went through the entite list, but I didn't qualify for any that day. I will at some point, I'm sure (she says, hopefully). Some fantastically interesting stuff on there.
I've been busy with other stuff for the last week, so all my new sites have been neglected, but am getting back on top of things again. Not helped by the latest update on a certain tablet apparently causing my battery to rapidly drain post-update installation - -even whilst plugged in and charging! :-\
Not saying it did cause it, but a fix that was suggested by someone certainly seems to have resolved the problem, which is more than spending a total of two hours plus talking to three separate and extremely helpful people on the helpdesk did. Or spending God knows how long asking questions about it on specialist tech forums.....battery draining whilst plugged in and charging was a real shocker, and all I kept getting was "turn the brightness down", or "switch off location services", all the normal battery-preservation tips that we all use anyway No-one on those forums seemed to understand that it was (to me, anyway) A Serious Incident, lol, and a pretty obvious software glitch. Anyway, I had to basically use my fruity tablet until it ran out of power completely, leave it unplugged and empty overnight, then fully recharge to 100% and add on another two hours of charging on top. Sounds dippy, but it seems to have worked. It's charging up as I'm typing this, gaining %, as opposed to dropping about 5% every 15 mins like it was before.
So now all that's sorted, I shall be back on CFP (and everywhere else) first thing! Eyelids drooping, so sleep-time for me now.

It's definitely worth keeping an eye on this site. It's all legit. I've just made another £5 Amazon voucher for a study. I also do a few of the Freebie ones as on the whole they are quite interesting.

I've just completed an easy online survey on this site, took about 20mins and says they're emailing a £10 amazon voucher. "Goal Striving reasons" for Oxford Brookes Uni. If it comes through that's a pretty good rate of return!
