Changing username

Just wanted to know if there's any way for me to change my username instead of just having my full name.
I couldn't see anything when I go into my profile.

Profile > Modify Profile > Account Settings > change it in there

I've followed the instructions, but can't see Account Settings in Modify Profile, I just have 'Badges'. Am I doing something wrong, or just being incredibly thick??
