Surveys Citizen Me

It anyone having problems lately with Citizen Me? All the surveys have been giving an error message on submission for over a week. I've tried deleting the app and re-installing, but it's still the same. Not sure if it's their end or my aging ipad.

I've found that 95% of surveys they invite me to are no longer available when i follow the notification. It's not only worth a few pence a month to me this app!

Yeah, I find that too, even if I click immediately. I might try installing it on my android phone, that way at least I'll know if its me or them with the problem.

About five minutes after i posted i had a survey go through for a whopping 28p!! I have it on my android and have even had cases where i'm on my phone, click the notification immediately and see the places are already taken!

Worth keeping though, i always find with these apps they go through 'spells'.

Well, I logged out of my ancient ipad (first edition original) downloaded it on my new android phone and hey presto, it worked! Even the insight ones worked, which never did on the ipad. I think maybe its getting a bit old and is having trouble running newer apps. Maybe I should try to win a new one

I like that you don't need to check this app all the time, not exactly a great earner but good for some instant cash. I've only made £24.70 in 6 months but considering it takes seconds to do the surveys its a good app.

Would you say that completing the "fun" surveys (unpaid ones) would improve your chances to get more paid surveys invitations?

Over the last couple of months my invites to paid surveys have almost disappeared. I got in touch with the app team to give them this feedback and they replied saying the system randomly generates notifications so that no user will miss out on all surveys. It means the frequency of notifications has decreased, but that users actually have time to respond. Sometimes, swiping down on the feed will reveal a live survey though.

So it sounds like we need to keep checking and refreshing randomly.

I'm starting to think they only give the paid surveys to those who have just downloaded the app. I did quite a lot when I first joined but haven't had any paid ones for ages!

I joined last week and have only had one 10p paying one, think i may uninstall this one unless it picks up.

The paid ones are still about, but they don't appear very often. When a notification pops up, you need to put your running shoes on, because it will be full in seconds - literally!

Is anyone else having problems with Citizenme today? Every time i try to do an insight, i tells me my paypal isnt verified, but then wont allow me to verify. I have been paid out by them many times without issue. They posted an update via notification, but i cant see it to find out whats happening.
Any info appreciated.

Yeah, mine is saying the same about my paypal. The fact that a paid insight has been sat there for hours would suggest that it is a widespread problem. I have had the notification too, but I couldn't read it either.

I did quick survey last night before I started a film. Highest paying survey yet.
