Constantly getting screened out on Curious Cat

Hi there

I've been using Curious Cat for quite a while and doing ok. However over the past 2 weeks I have been increasingly getting screened out from even beginning a survey. This happens frequently now having not even been given the chance to answer any questions. I find "Cint surveys" (see the name in the address bar as the survey is supposedly loading) to be the biggest culprit for screenouts by far.

I have spoken to Curious Cat's support and they say the usual "make sure to refresh so that the surveys are still available" which I've done but with no difference.

This has also been happening for Attapoll and to a certain extent QMEE too.

When I spoke to Attapoll they told me to use mobile data as certain ISP's are on black lists, but same thing mostly happens.

I've always answered the surveys as honestly as possible so am just wondering if the end for me with these survey companies is near?

Just wondered if anybody else has had the same issues or if it's just me?

So you are just clicking on the link to open the survey and then as soon as you click next it is kicking you out? Or are you actually putting in SOME data?

Have you tried doing the surveys in Incognito Mode?

It's happening as soon as I click the link in the app, (which then opens the browser) i'll see something along the lines of...surveyroutercint.com (or similar) in the address bar and then the famous screen out.

I haven't tried doing any in incognito mode as I'm not even sure how I'd get that to work having opened the survey from the app?

ahh it's an app

sorry I don't really do surveys so just thought it was a regular website!

Yes, they also screen out without asking any questions (I always wonder what is the point in filling in all of the demographics if they don't use them!) I only do these three if I'm bored and have nothing better to do.

Hi OptimusPrimeval,

I don't think it is just you or anything that you are doing in particular.
Since joining the Shed I used Curious Cat and it was a nice little earner. I easily got around £30.00 a month for not much effort. Then towards the end of last year it went belly up. I got rejected constantly and screened out most of the time. I kept trying for a few more months but nothing changed. So I have reluctantly had to concede that I have been Cat Gubbed :oops:

I have now moved on to other things that pay better but I still miss that Cat :(

Thanks for your reply An-na I appreciate it.

It's reassuring to know that it isn't just me then. I'm kind of guessing that it is probably due to the fact that there are a lot more users on the app now and that has affected things to some degree.

Does suck though as it can be a nice little income.
