Question / Discussion Content writing (Like Textbroker?)

I don't know if anyone remembers Textbroker, it was a site which hired content writers to write text for a wide range of clients. The pay wasn't brilliant but I became quite speedy and I got a few private clients from it.

Life got in the way and I stopped doing anything with them. Does anyone know of any similar companies looking for content /SEO writers? It looks like Textbroker is no longer active, although the site is still there.

Hard to say but I know people who work for them and write 5000 words a day

I’ve had better luck these days mixing small freelance gigs with SEO-focused writing, which usually pays more steadily. Getting my head around pricing helped a lot, and I ended up using https://redeagle.tech/blog/how-much-does-seo-cost-uk to figure out what clients normally budget. It made it easier to pitch myself and avoid lowball offers. Platforms like WeLocalize or Workello can be decent too if you want consistent briefs.
