You need to have a normal FB account first and then you can just create a page and call it whatever you wantHi all,
Struggling her. Want to setup a FB page for my site, but not under my personal name.
Where do I start? It's asking me for a real name first...very confusing
You should have a drop down box when you comment that lets you change from persona to personaOk thanks Jon. I just figured it out. But when I post in a group it's coming up as my name and not my blog name! Is there a way I can comment on FB groups and interact on other groups as my blog page alias rather than my personal name?

Thanks, sorry to be a newbie but how do I associate my blog page with a FB group? All I can see is as my personal nameIn order for you to be able to post in a group as your blog alias your blog FB page needs to be associated with that group. You can no longer "Use Facebook as..." which used to allow you to switch to using your business page to interact with other pages and such on there.

Thanks Chammy, that makes it a bit more tricky to FB network then as my blog aliasI'm pretty sure you have to be the creator or at least admin of the group, you can't just do it for any random group. So, for example, I have a Facebook group that is linked to my blog's FB page so I can post as either me or my blog. I cannot post as my blog in any other groups because I don't have the authority to attach my page to it. If that makes sense?
NOTHING is simple with Facebook as you are stuck playing by their rules the entire time! Thanks Chammy, that makes it a bit more tricky to FB network then as my blog alias
