Signing in seems a little temperamental. I keep being directed to a facebook page, even though I don't have a facebook account.

I did the initial screening question back in November, but haven't heard anything since. When I try to log in, the website claims to have no record of my email address. Pah!
Hey NRS what is your email on crowdville i can look into this

This seems to be a nightmare.. had lots of problems registering last month. Went back to it last night and finally registered but had to change password. Did a test mission and was looking forward to working with it today but I am unable to log in because the box at the top of the screen has saved my log in emai address - soon as I click it, the old password appears (I assume its the old one, its hidden) and without the option to click anything, it attempts to log me in then says 'incorrect password you have only 5 attempts'
Any ideas?

It's pretty shocking how many people have technical issues with Crowdville - many of which seem to be the same problems that were reported months ago on this thread

ALSO... if you click the contact link, it will ask you to set Outlook as your default email, I couldnt find a 'help' link but somehow, from last time I attempted to register, I have an archived email from support so Ive emailed them.
This really looks like too much pissing about tbh

Hey just a quick tip. Whenever you make any changes in your profile, always remove the password field. It can cause some confusion i totally understand.

I would suggest to reset your password at this time

But there isnt the option to reset - the box at top right has my email address with 'OK' in an adjoining box. Soon as you click ok, the password shows up as a line of dots and very quickly attempts to auto log me in then a pop up box appears with 'incorrect password.' At this stage there is no 'rest password' link just a retrieve activation link, which after all the messing about Ive had, I am reluctant to use in case I have to start the whole process again. In any case 'retrieve activation link' isnt hyperlinked

Ok. try it this way. on the home page which you are on already. dont click OK, click on your email
and then the two fields should show (without automatically login you in)

you will see 'forgot password?' click on that

then you should be able to reset the password

Ok.. the only 'home page 'as such I am getting is a registration page...is that the right one? As suggested, Ive clicked on my email address, the two password fields are there but there is just the 'register' box. Not 'log in' and no 'reset password'/. I am on this page as I followed the mission link in this mornings email, attempted to log in then got sent back to the registration page where i was unable to log in.
Ive probably now used up my five log in attempts

@Kenneth Crowder i’ve done the validation tests for this mission and one of the tasks has no tasks available and the other one does. This is fine but is there a guarantee that I will definitely get 100 tasks as I have done work for this company before and the tasks can cut out at any time? Your T&C’s state that you’ll only pay out if min 100 tasks are completed.

Hi JenC nice work for getting past the validation.

yes you are correct that the payment threshold starts from 100 tasks completed, from then on it is unlimited.

We have not had reports of the tasks cutting out, i have tested the mission also, each tasks tasks 5-7 seconds so its very quick in terms of cache. Of course if you do come across this problem let us know asap.

Both tasks should have mini tasks in them. Have another look i just did everything is there. I am happy to receive screenshots if you want me to take a look

We have a lot of faith in our tech team. There have been minor changes if im honest, but not the big ones that we talked about before. Its one small team that maintains the all the countries and they work on an agile workflow, deeming what they see as a priority.

But, I am also on their case, you can count on that.

No, since a limit means you can't exceed it!
