Hey, i have read your response and understand what you're concern is, it is mine as well, today we should have a call with the client to about the reasoning behind the high number of invalid tasks. Their response to us yesterday was that their quality control system is picking up that users are doing tasks to fast and too quickly without quality in mind.@Kenneth Crowder this surely can't be right I have spent ages familiarising myself with the guidelines and taking my time on the tasks. Does this mean I won't get paid for the invalid tasks? Is there any feedback to see what was actually wrong with those tasks? The fact that I got no invalid tasks for audio validation out of over 2000 must surely show that I know the guidelines inside out and am following them correctly!

Yes the background noise is a very valid question, this was brought up in the meeting yesterday, and neevo will be looking into this, because this is causing confusion. The confusion is also causing a high number of invalid tasksOh nevermind I found it, seems I'm doing as badly as most. Now I see why my Neevo earnings are never what they should be lol. I think it's because a lot of them have background noises, sometimes quite feint, and I don't know whether to include 'accoustic issues' or 'background speech' etc. Some are very ambiguous, and I feel the process if probably very strict on these. I repeat something I said earlier abut Neevo - if someone is checking what we check, why do they even need us in the first place?

VALID TASKS: 247

Het Annie i think i responded to you in the otium chat, but yes please look on the brief and you will see a link to the clients website where you will need your credentials to login and startAre there any other tasks other than the Endless Earnings/ N*** client one? Ive clicked on 'upcoming' section and the missions there end on 4th June but seem to be just for an entry into a draw for amazon vouchers

they will look into this, however they did say in the mean time ignore all background noise, and only focus on the main speaker
If you hear 2 speakers, focus on the louder voice
Hey, as mentioned these results are from the 28th of april, this does not include tasks you did yesterday.
At this time please have quality in mind when performing the tasks, we spoke to the client yesterday, as it was a concern to us of the high number of invalid tasks. Their response is that their quality control system is the one that decides on the validity of tasks.
However, even with this in mind, we will be having another chat with the client to have a better clarity of exactly what deems a tasks invalid. This meeting should be today.
Yes, and I was aware in some earlier ones I forgot to capitalise letters when words were being spelled out. So I know there were a few wrong there, but not as many as were rejected. I feel what we need are some examples of where our work was rejected, because otherwise we are in the dark as to where we are going wrong.
I have been told that every users tests will be/has been reset. If you can, please can you confirm if this is true for you, thanksI didn’t even get past the Audio Correction test, I‘m not entirely sure where I went wrong but can only presume that the words written weren’t correct, so I corrected them rather than writing that they were unintelligible. No idea really.
eg; a word written was ‘recently’ (I stupidly can‘t remember the actual word!) and I can see how it sounded like that in their Aussie accent, but they actually said ‘rest of the day’
This is one of the issues I could be having. Some of the recordings are 24 seconds long. However, they start with the word ok. That's an immediate no as it should read okay.
So I have been rejecting them without listening to the whole recording. So even though that is correct, I won't get paid for it. With my pay working out at about £2 per hour, I too will be skipping these tasks.
The capitalisation of letters shouldn't have deemed your tasks invalid.
"Capitalization and punctuation are not relevant. Although you are very likely to see the patterns below, not following these guidelines below strictly DOES NOT mean that the text is invalid" This section includes the capitalisation of places, letters etc..
I honestly think the issue lies with the client allowing anyone to carry out task 2, when some users don't fully know the guidelines so are therefore judging them as invalid when they are in fact valid.
Hope the issue is able to be resolved.
