Yes, today at 12pm I got the email. I know it's new because it has added the extra correction tasks I have done, though still failed me at the same near-50% rate. I know I got a few wrong probably, but I made sure I paid attention to everything. And I still don't know why I went from 587 valid validations to 587 failed (impossible) and blocked by quality control. I'm not doing any more as it's not worth my time and effort to only get paid half of the work I do, and even less if those first ones have all been rejected all of a sudden.

If anything, you have a provided a great service to us all by letting us see into how Neevo works. Previously we had no idea of how many tasks we were getting paid for as they never tell you. Now I know, I'm seriously considering dumping them.

this was the response -
As you know, in the current workflow, we do not specify the reason for invalidation. It is a binary job, meaning that people working on the validation just click on “Yes” or “No” button depending on whether they think the task is valid or invalid.
We might be able to identify the reason for specific cases but this is a very manual work, representing a huge workload and, as you can imagine, this is not feasible within the context of this project.
We did some previous research already regarding this matter and the main reasons we could identify are the one I shared with you previously: numbers are not spelled out, the wrong spelling of specific words and mismatch of small details between audio and transcription.

@Kenneth Crowder Well this is bizarre, I have not done any tasks in Crowdville since the hiatus at the beginning, I see I have been blocked by quality control for the Text Validation job, yet I got paid from the client for 1330 tasks out of 1331 tasks submitted. How on earth I got blocked in Crowdville yet have an almost 100% success rate with the client is beyond me.

I just got another email titled 'let's fix this' from Crowdville, with my new attached report, which still says I failed all 581 validation tasks and now saying (I'm paraphrasing here) 'don't worry, we've opened them up again for you to have another try!'

I DON'T THINK SO :)

I appreciate Crowdville have seemingly gone to some effort to 'unblock' those of who mysteriously got 100% of tasks wrong on a simple yes/no task (impossible), but I'm not wasting any more time with them. And I mean Neevo, not crowdville.

I'm a bit confused. These temporary usernames we have are not associated with a real email for Paypal purposes, so how did you get payment?

Hey, yes just saw both of your replies.. yes the clarity is a concern here, they dont provide the reasons as to why they block it ...did you see their response above? i replied to thesavvyqueen

they mentioned that in some cases they are willing to investigate, i can definitely put your i.d. forward and see if they respond

about being unblocked yes they will let us know when they unblock everyone.. as they havent done them all yet... so if you are still going ahead with it ... (which i hope you do) you will receive an email .. until i get a response from them for your specific account .. when they do unblock you try to follow the guidelines from their response that i posted above

yeah the emails you get for the clients platform are temporary.. after this mission you wont need them ever again ... regards with payment we have both IBAN and paypal as options

Payment was from the client doing the clients tasks on the clients platform, I was pointing out, how come I am almost perfect when doing direct for the client, yet blocked when i do for Crowdville.

@Kenneth Crowder Yes I did Kenneth thanks, this isn't an issue with Crowdville seemingly. I'd appreciate if you put my ID forward, particularly with the context that originally all 581 were confirmed as valid and a week later all were invalid and I was blocked.

no you haven't been blocked from crowdville, the 'lets fix this' email you received today was to let you know that for one of the tasks you have been blocked for it on the clients platform ... as this campaign.. well more specifically the clients platform.. is new for some us.. we understand there was a lot of confusion and miscommunication .. this resulted in people getting banned quickly and not doing the tasks according to the clients guidelines.. so we have kindly asked the client to unblock everybody to give everyone another chance

hey i replied to you but just saw i never tagged you .. can you please do me a big favor and send us your email that you use directly with the client .. we will use your direct account and your crowdville account with the client, to compare the two (if there is a strong case for this)

Yes, there's the exact same Australian correction task, just for 1 cent less per task.

It appears that everything is at a halt again with this or is it just me? No tasks available on either job albeit I keep getting emails encouraging me to carry on. My validation reports have been good compared to others who have had issues but the amount of tasks completed is wrong on my reports for some reason. I’ll sit away on the fence and see what happens with this one ......

I had the offer of doing my validations again, but I told Ken I wasn't interested until I knew why they were first validated and then rejected a week later. To be fair I think Ken is doing what he can, and it's more an issue with Neevo. Obviously it's bank holiday now so I'm not expecting much until Wednesday.
