Draws go from 9am - 8:59am weekdays and 2pm-1:59pm on weekends. Draws are held at 9:30 and 2:30pm. It says you'll be notified through the app if you win so login to check. Looks like they don't add them to the winners page/Twitter until it has been claimed/received a photo.
