I have been away for a few weeks - not away, away, but just bogged down with work and going on a family holiday, meaning that I haven't had much time to play on the T'Internet recently.

Just wanted to say, that you are obviously making continuous changes to the look and feel of the forum and I always noticed when you would make some changes - just because I have been away for a while all the wee changes now look like 1 big change to me and I think the current look of the forum is AWESOME!!

Keep coming back as there are loads of other things I want to do at the site. The main one at the moment is deciding how to make the front portal page look better and get across the 3 main values of this site

I also want to integrate the Blog a lot more. The Money Shed has a real identity crisis at times I think, is it a forum, is it a blog, is it just a normal website that happens to have a forum......

I love this site. I am a bit of a lurker as I don't work from home but hoping that may change soon. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Other sites, I find you get people who are sarcastic to newbies or are so coy about things its like they are talking in code so you can't understand. I no longer bother looking cos I am too busy reading TMS!! ;D

Moneyshed... I thank God I did decide to check this forum out after seeing someone mention it on another platform. The name was very attractive and I immediately was drawn to it however sceptical because of bitter experiences in the past. Most of the stuff shared here actually WORKS!

Learnt so much on ere in such a short space of time. Surely a good platform to bounce off ideas on diverse interests relating to money. Very friendly place to be.

I like the site more as I spend more time on it. I signed up over a year ago - I really cant believe it was so long ago - but have only been having a good look around this week. I do spend time on the green site but will be over here a lot more than I have been in the past.

I love this site for all the info that I can actually use! I always used to think that there wasn't that much money to be made online and I was going to be stuck with earning a pittance through Avon. But my eyes have been opened, and I'm now reading up on all the other ways I can earn. Hopefully I'll be able to stay self employed for the rest of my life and therefore be there for my family as and when they need me. Or be able to up sticks and move to another town without too much worry about having to find a new job

I love it, I could spend hours reading through forum posts, I saw it mentioned on another forum (i think its the one you refer to as the green site...the one whose creator appears on TV?). Much more interesting than that, and forum users are helpful and friendly.

I've had that experience too bordercolliefan I joined a drop shipping forum once and absolutely no one on the forum was preparedto talk to me about ddrop shipping at all on the basis that I was new to the forum and probably wasn't going to stick around! Needless to say this became a self fulfilling prophecy! What good is that to anyone?!

Loving The Money Shed. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I'm beginning to get a bit addicted; least it gets me off facebook and it's really handy to be able to see how people have got on with various money making ideas before jumping headfirst into the deep end.

Friendly welcome from Jon and other members too. It's been nice to see other members sharing their blogs, there isn't so much competitiveness as I sometimes notice on the green site.

Only thing I've noticed, is I don't always get notifications from my subscribed threads so I miss out on some posts...do I need to log in as often as possible to keep them activated? [member=1]Jon[/member]?

I think a certain level of activity is required (not necessarily on the thread in question) to get notifications

I'm sure we've hit this issue before

You can always use the bookmarks functionality

I think you also have to click on the link in the email. From memory, it says something like if you don't, it won't keep giving you notifications. If you read the email, you will see what I mean :/
