There is good money to be made from reselling used picture frames. You see lots of these for sale at car boot sales and charity shops. Many are priced at 50p to £1. As I type this I am looking at ebay where there were 9 wooden frames sold for £39.99 plus £7 postage. The largest of these are 11.5 " by 8 " and so, would fit in a reasonable box and could be sent by carrier for about £6,50. Notice the extra 50p gained on postage. I doubt any of these was more than a pound. Profit wise you would make around £29. It is well worth studying the picture frame market and ideally suited for a beginner. If your pictures come with glass make sure you use plenty of newspaper between each item. When listing state that you will wrap well, but that the buyer is buying the frame only should a breakage occur. I have never had it happen, but it could. Alternatively, just look for glass free frames.
