I've just started, only did day 2 today and I'm aching all over! So far I like it though. It only takes around 20 minutes
There are 3 stages and you do 10 days of stage one before moving on to stage 2, another 10 days then move to stage 3. I think you can have a few rest days too. You can actually get all 3 stages on youtube but if you want to buy the DVD its only around £5 on amazon.
I've started it several times, think I have got as far as day 4 before giving up lol
lol I've tried it before as well and managed around 4 days as well.. This time I'm determined to carry on. My sisters have also started it so we whatsapp each other to let the others know we've shredded for the day and it really encourages you to continue!
I checked the 30 Day Shred Workout on youtube and gave it a try and thought it was really good and so I went to look on Amazon and it was only £5 for the DVD so I have ordered it. Great find!
I am always on the lookout for good exercise DVD's that aren't too long and are interesting but not too difficult or too easy to do. Usually the music is awful and/or the person doing the workout doesn't make things interesting.
The 30 Day Shred Workout is very different to allot of the other fitness workouts I have I done. I tend to get fed up with them very quickly usually find them too boring and find they don't push me enough and they are generally too long. The 30 Day Shred Workout is great at 20 mins so easy to fit in.
I actually feel good after doing it and feel like I have done a good amount of exercise. Hopefully that should help to burn off a few pounds too.
