Or you could just read the dieting posts on my current blog
I really think that everything is a matter of balance.
Re-think eating habits (more fruit and veggies, less take-aways, smaller portions). The smaller portion thing might be tricky at first because your stomach is use to that quantity of food. If you cut down a bit (it might be hard in the beginning) but your stomach will shrink and you'll feel full faster. Also take your time to eat, eat at regular hours and avoid snacking. Also take your time to eat. I don't beleive in any miracle diet, you can eat everything in moderation and the more fruit and veg the better. Careful with sodas and alcohol as well. Personaly I prefer to have water while I'm eating. All that added to a bit of exercise should make a big difference.
I've been looking at the 5:2 diet recently. - has anyone on here done that before?
MFP is such an amazing app it’s still gobsmacked it is free!I really need to apply myself to losing weight and getting more active. I’ve added my MFP ticker to my signature in the hope that it makes me more accountable. Feel free to kick me up the bum if you see the weight going up,
