A couple of years ago husband and I bought a job lot of records off Gumtree for £400 in the hopes we could sell them on and make a bit of cash. We ended up with around 3500 records and have been using Discogs to sell them on. It's a good site to use as you can search the codes and see what people are not only listing records for but also what they are selling for.
I think we ditched well over half of what we got as thy were selling for less than 10p, but of the ones we kept, we've made over £400 profit and still have a couple of hundred to sell. Not done anything over the last 6 months, but now it's darker, we're starting to play and list some of the remainder. There are no listing fees and the selling fees are much more reasonable that eBay
Just thought it might be worth mentioning in case anyone has a stash in their loft that they're doing nothing with
