See I never thought people would be using the day to obtain stock for flipping! Makes sense but I just never though the record buying folk were like that!

I think it is suprising number of people who AREN'T like that, but all it takes is someone to see something is in high demand and they'll buy for £10 and when they've made an extra £40, then they've paid for what ever the bought and actually wanted!

Got some great buys at charity shop today. Including a rare Chet Baker & Van Morrison CD I should get about £20 for.

Picked up 10 CD's for £1 in a charity shop today, should net me between £30 - £40, nice return there. There are loads more to look through as well, but thought I may have out stayed my welcome today

Do you check all the prices when you are in the charity shops or have you developed a bit of a sixth-sense on what is worth money?

Back in the late 2000 I used to make a bit of cash buying Ministry mix albums from charity shops for £1-2 and selling on ebay for £10+

you get a feel for it; though i still check prices in the shop just not that many. out of the 6 i bought today there were probably 200+ in the shop i scanned most of them (couldnt concentrate after finding the £100 one tho lol) probably checked about 10 cds prices, most of the crap i can tell is crap by looking at it.
