It's a bit of a bandwagon this earning from home thing isn't it.

As you find a new service or method to earn money you tend to keep on at it constantly trying to earn the most you can each month and then you become dependent on 'that' income each month.

It can be quite hard to take a few weeks off as you can worry about the income you are missing out on (or maybe that is just me)

Anyone else have any advice on taking time away from earning online.

I took a few weeks off over Christmas but even that was ONLY had i earned my usual £200 on 63336 so I knew I had money coming in in January.

Going to Kefalonia in June Jon, can't wait. Me and Andrew had our first overseas holiday there and always wanted to go back. Taking a break from your home business is important, allow ourselves some fun times.

Yeah I agree, taking a break is important it's just I am always aware that there is always a trade off involved in taking time away from your home business or ventures

In network marketing we have the option to build a network or team of people. Teaching them what we do. The saying goes ' team work to make the dream work'. So a network business can continue to grow and prosper even if you are away on Holiday!

Holidays ? what is this you talk of ?

Ive done a quick search and a holiday is when you go away and enjoy yourself..that's news to me ;)

But no in all seriousness the issue I have is when ever I go away the ipad, and the laptop also come on holiday with me, and with the wifi networks now pretty much all over the world your sorted.

And if your like me there is no getting away from it, it drives my wife mad we are on a beech somewhere and there I am answering emails and such like.

No Jon holidays are a thing of the past for the likes of you and me :)

Cheers

I like to take a long weekend every few months. Gives me time to recharge, but doesn't impact too much on money

I hardly take any time off, although this year I am taking Bank Holidays. Sort of anyway, no doubt I'll be working on my blog or something similar!

I just worry too much about losing money to take any time off. Not good really!

Well I did it !
After saying I normally take my lap top etc and never really get away, this week end I did, and more importantly I did nothing on line to earn any money.

And you know what not only did it feel good, everything was still here when I got back, so I didnt really lose alot at all.

Jon - You should always try and get at least a two week break in the summer at treat your working from home business similar to working for an employer.

It's important to recharge your batteries and come back to the computer feeling refreshed and ready for new challenges 8)

I try to take at least a weekend holiday each year. It doesn't matter if I'm making a lot, I just need that break each year to make sure I'm fully ready to carry on with my work. For me, my quality of work improves when I take breaks.

I think it is important to reward yourself and take time off. Even when I am working day-to-day I'll say to myself "I'll complete xyz then I'll have a coffee"
You need something to look forward to otherwise your life becomes your work, and no one wants to be that guy!
