Prolific is my favourite website as it's my biggest earner but some of the studies are what I'd expect A level maths to be like and I only got a D at school
The ones I especially hate are where the instructions are long winded and look extremely complicated and then I get a set of comprehension questions I have to get right before continuing. 90% of the time I get screened out of these.
I had one today that really frustrated me. I had 80 repetitive questions about insurance quotes so I had to input a figure 80 times. This was easy but boring. I finally got to the end of that with a sigh of relief, only to find that for the next task there were some instructions followed by 3 comprehension questions. I knew the answer to 2 of them as the instructions weren't very long but I couldn't get the 3rd one right. I actually read the instructions 3 times and got the question wrong 3 times so after all that time spent on the study, I had no option but to screen myself out.
I almost lose the will to live lol on those repetitive ones where you have to click, for instance, M if the word is negative and Z if the word is positive and you have to do this several hundred times. But I tend to stick with it for the money.
My favourite studies are the shorter and easier ones. But I don't mind the longer ones if they're easy.
