Does anyone have any experience with Clear Voice Research?

I completed a focus group for them on the 3rd of June. I was advised that payment would be sent in 3-5 business days. I waited a few days past this, then sent a polite email asking for payment.

This was ignored. So I sent another one. This was ignored. I sent a slightly less polite one today and also found another email address for someone and forwarded my emails to them. I've now had a reply saying that it is 3-5 days after the project closes, which it didn't say in the original email at all. I've gone back to them and copied this in but to be honest I'm really pissed off.

I don't need the money as such but why should I wait and wait indefinitely? I've asked when the project closes and not had a reply (yet - not long sent though).

I just wondered if anyone has any experience with them?

I've had the exact problem.

I was told 3-5 business days but that was at least three weeks ago. I've sent two emails so far and heard nothing back. I'm not really sure what to do now!

They've only gone and invited me AGAIN to the same thing...

I guess we've done the same project. It IS still open, as they've been recruiting for new people, so at least that part is true.

I received this message back when i asked wtf was going on:

I looked and it was in there! I'm shocked! It was in the Clixsense Research panel, if that helps.

Thanks, I can't remember what panel it was that I got into it through, but I was told I would get £35 by Paypal, I think. I'll have to go back and hope she tells me what panel it was.

This company is a bunch of pisstakers.

They've removed my post from their Facebook page. The stupid woman who was dealing with this has now invited me TWICE MORE to complete the same focus group online.

I'm going to write a poor review of their customer service on my website this week, and think I'll include some of their emails. I'm mighty fucked off, it is only £35 but it is not the point. I worked for that money and I was told I would be paid in 3-5 business days.

^^ That's clearly not true as she's claiming that I've been rewarded. I haven't. I'm going to write an irate post about them when I've calmed down enough not to use all the swear words

After four weeks and two ignored emails, I sent another one saying I'd have to "resort to legal action" if I'm not paid for my time haha

Quick as anything she replied and said my money was in my account!! Why do they have mess people about?
