Hi, I've been producing videos for Voxpopme for a few months now and have earnt a reasonable amount from them, as well as enjoying myself.
Yesterday I got invited by them to become a video reviewer to rate other users videos, and accept or decline them. Having googled it, it seems that only the top video users get this invite, so those who get a 'great' rating on the last 10 videos produced.
I've just accepted the ( very informal) contract which is based on being self employed with no contracted amount of videos to review. Sounds good so far. The only down side is that I'll only be paid 5p per video or audio transcript of a video. However they suggest that on average reviewers get £5-6 per hour. So I think that's very good considering the minimal effort and brain power needed.
So, make good videos that answer the questions asked, show enthusiasm and animation for the topic and make sure the lighting, audio and frame are all perfect. That way you may get an invite too.
I'll feedback about how much I manage to earn per hour/ week/ month.
