Does anyone use this survey company?

http://www.ergsurvey.com/

Since Sunday, whenever I try to access the site Virgin Media throws up an "Advanced Network Error Search" page. Leaving aside the annoyance this VM feature causes (which, currently, they don't seem to know how to switch off!), I just wondered if anyone else is having problems. I've used the site since last August and had 40-odd quid off them in that time, and I currently have £20 built up, so I'm quite keen not to lose that if possible. They are still sending me survey invites (although these load to an error page as well), so that's good sign at least. I've emailed them this morning, but I thought I'd check if anyone else was in the same boat.

It looks like that the domain has expired and is in its redemption period. They may have gone bust, done a runner, or simply forgot to renew the domain. If you're emailing an address that is @ergsurvey.com, I don't think they'll get that to be honest.

Hmm, yeah that doesn't look good if the domain is expired. They have responded to my mail (it doesn't go to an @ergsurvey.com address) along the lines of "we're looking into this, bear with us", but it doesn't fill me confidence if they've been unable or even just forgotten to pay the bill! Mentally written the 20 quid off already, so it'll be a nice bonus if the situation resolves itself.
