My meter stopped receiving points on 25th March '20 and I have been trying to find out why and correct it since.
If this is true can any other Shedders who have been using this confirm it for me please as we should all not be receiving points.

I am sceptical based on previous communications with Embee. If this were true it would have been nice to have been told in advance.

Yes, they did stop back in March, but like you, I didn't know anything about it until I noticed that points had stopped. I then found a message on the app which wasn't in an obvious place and would never have been found if I hadn't been looking for it!

I have looked and looked on the app and finally I found the message. You are right, I would never have thought to look for it there.
