I've done quite a lot over the years. I'll include links from Archive.org if there are some available

- January 2007: One of my first tries at a forum was a Nintendo one on a free web host. It didn't do well, but it was fun experimenting with it all.

- February 2007: There was a gaming blog and forum I made in 2007. It lasted a few months before I got bored, but there was a group of friends I made through it that I stuck with for a couple of years on other sites, so that was nice. [Archive]

- June 2007: Then there was a retro gaming forum, think I only stuck with this for a month or so. I actually wish I'd stuck with it, reckon it would have done well! [Archive]

- September 2007: A TV forum. Never been the biggest TV watcher, but I decided to give this a go. [Archive]

- November 2007: A graphic design forum. When Photoshop tutorials and signature battles were all the rage. This went nowhere at all. [Archive]

- May 2008: A Pokemon forum was next. I've always been a fan of Pokemon, especially back then, so how could I lose. Well. I got bored after a month or two and ended it.

- May 2008: Me and a friend thought it would be fun to do a forum for Peep Show. Never went anywhere at all, the interest went after about a week. [Archive]

- June 2008: Resident Evil 5 was due to come out soon, so I made a forum for it. I have no idea why, I had absolutely no interest in the game. Fail.

- November 2008: A Megan Fox fansite. This one is embarassing. She was popular and I thought it would be a guaranteed success and make me loads of money. It didn't.

- January 2009: A Nintendo forum. A big Nintendo fan I thought this would be fun (it was to be fair) and do well (it didn't). [Archive]

- February 2009: A Nintendo dedicated news blog thing. After the forum the month before I thought maybe a simple news blog would be easier. Stopped this after about two weeks or so to have a break and never went back.

- March 2009: A forum for The Simpsons. I was sure this was going to be fun and a hit. It wasn't.

- July 2009: I decided to go back and try another TV forum and give it a better go this time. It was a little better than the last, but not great. [Archive]

- March 2010: I was going through a phase of watching a lot of films to decided to give a film forum a go. I tried giving these a decent go, made Youtube videos at one point to help promote it. [Archive]

- December 2010: I decided to try another Nintendo forum which actually lasted quite a while (for me), over a year. This was probably my favourite of all my sites, I liked how I'd put it all together, I tried really hard with this. [Archive]

- January 2017: After a long break, I was back with a Super Nintendo forum! I thought with how popular retro gaming had become over the last few years, especially the SNES, it'd do well. I worked on it for a month or two, got it looking really nice and everything, then realised I was completely bored of doing websites and closed it before getting a single member.

Well, that's quite a lot... I'm 100% certain there are some more that I can't remember or find and evidence of, too.

My problem was that I always enjoyed working on the site, tinkering around with things and doing the design work etc, but the actual promotion was such a pain.

Crikey I remember madasafish

I also remember paying £9.99 a month to Demon Internet to have slow as hell dial up internet access where pages would load.....very......gradually

Which is ironic as websites back then were absolutely RIFE with animated gifs which just delayed the website from loading!
