First Matched Bet in 2 years

After reviewing the forum and re-reading all the guides available, I've got back into matched betting today.
Signed up for bet365 for the 100% bonus sign up offer. It's capped at £200 but as I'm still getting back into this, I only bet £40.
Qualifying bet was:
Stake of £40 at 1.75
Lay of 36.97 at 1.97
qualifying loss is 5.36.

My bonus is now in my account ready to bet with. However, I'm still a bit rusty with certain parts of matched betting. The only part of the terms and conditions that I'm struggling with is the below sentence:

you must have settled bets to the value of three times your deposit and bonus prior to making a withdrawal.

I understand this to mean that I need to bet 3 x deposit and bonus (40+40) to withdraw and win. Which means I need to be a total of 240. Is this right or am I reading it completely wrong?
I'd be grateful if someone could explain this part, or point me to the relevant guide/section to help.

Just to elaborate -
I understand that if my backing bet looses, then I don't have any issues. I can withdraw my money on the lay bet.
However, if my backing bet wins, I can't withdraw until I've wagered 120? (Checked the figures and it's only 3x bonus amount).
How would I do that? Is it as simple as placing repeat bets (backing and laying) until I've reached the WR?

Once you start doing Accas and horsey refunds it's just non stop

There's a lot more help now than when I started doing it. Plus I've had a look at all the nifty new software. No more manually searching for close odds is going to be a huge help!
I'm going to search through my old accounts and see if there are any betting sites I'm not already signed up to. Try and get some new customer offers.
Once I'm a bit more comfortable I'll have a look at Accas.

Just a little note to say I can't believe how many sign-up offers I missed last time I did matched betting!
I started getting back into this on Saturday, but today's only been my second day of going through them, due to an unexpected hospital stay. With being off work at the moment, money is going to be really tight. However I've made a £478.44 profit in just two days. Really pleased with that!
I'll definitely be looking into upgrading PA once I eventually run out of sign up offers.

All Match catcher shows is races with offers on so you need to look in the reloads section at horse refund offers to see which ones you are wanting to do

The catcher updates every second and you get amazing matches which give you a QL of just PENCE when you place your bets!
