Support unresponsive in the last few months also - have been good up until then.

I'm in the same boat with this. I actually have £220 in the Fivestar account. I emailed and they said they're having issues with payments. yeahYeah, armed with the knowledge though that the rug is going to get pulled at some point will make us more careful in the future.
