Hi!

There is a new website called Fivestar OMS that is working it's way into the UK, the website is looking for product reviewers and testers in which you are sent products for free and get to keep them in return for a simple review, the better the review the more you earn!

On occasions you may be asked to purchase a product from Amazon or eBay however, when you accept the "task" as they call them, you will be given a Amazon voucher or a voucher that links to the site you are purchasing from to use to buy the product (so there is no actual cost to you)

Once you have reviewed the product you write up your review and submit it to be processed and accepted (or declined) don't worry if it is declined they will explain why and will allow you time to rectify it.

As well as product reviews which are physical products you will also get tasks which are simply to add to a product on a store, selling site or the app stores and are asked to write a review on the item or app in which you will then be paid anywhere between £2 - £5 per review. Physical product review tend to be higher.

If you are interested I'll leave my referral link below for you to sign up too:

I signed up with your link. I hope you get some credits for it :)
Can I ask is it legit? I am verifying my profile now but I dont want to buy a product and not get refunded. How you tested many products and do they really pay you back? Also how do you get paid/is there a minimum threshold?
Thanks.

@Dmelom I have registered now and found the info relating the payments. Its seems there is the option of either paypal or bank transfer. Also, it seems it is possible to receive prepayment for purchases or a gift code so you receive those funds prior to purchase. It does say, however, that when no gift code or prepayment is available you will receive an increased fee for the task. Hope that makes sense :)

@itsjordanwhite I also used your referral link...thanks :)

Hi!

Just clearing a few things up for people...

1. Payments can be sent to your PayPal account or Bank Transfer.
2. This is a legitimate website, I have received payment from them in the past when I have requested my funds - Some tasks do require you to purchase products and await for them to be delivered however, these are pre-paid via the website with gift cards / credit for the site you will be purchasing from I.e, if the task required you to purchase a £5 item on Amazon, within the task there will be a £5 Amazon Gift Card code that you will use to purchase the product (no loss to you).

You will need to sign up via this link https://fivestar-oms.net/?r=2182ade after you have signed up you will need to verify your account by confirming your Email etc - then you will have access to the tasks in which you can complete.

Hope this helps.

Any more questions feel free to ask me.

Just to clarify, for people unsure, when you're being PAID to write about something you need to declare this. Many companies, Amazon and similar, don't allow you to be paid for leaving a review, and will close your account. Legally you're obligated to declare with #AD or advertisement or similar, so people know your review is being influenced by receiving a product or cash.
I'd be very wary of using any site like this personally, as I'm all about full disclosure!

Thanks @katykicker I hadn't even considered this. Kicking myself a little as it would seem its similar to affiliate marketing (stating the links are affiliates etc) which I was aware of.

I'd still be honest. I roasted those abysmal dating apps with their "50 credits just to get blanked" haha

Yeah it isn't about being honest in your review, it's about people knowing you received payment or goods/services.
