Yes, with them I've never heard anyone not getting paid, it just seems like they've either made it harder deliberately or are having issues somewhere.

So, I've now been able to withdraw my funds!
I refreshed my account and still, there was nothing and so I decided to call the customer service number. While I was on the phone and clicked back to my account the page had updated and I had a few more areas with information in it including a link to withdraw. I'd just like to point out I hadn't given the customer service advisor any information at that point so it wasn't anything to do with me calling. I guess it's just how their system works and you can't withdraw your funds straight away. I went on to sheepishly explain to the customer service advisor that all was now rosy! lol
So, I made £8 something from depositing my £10 and withdrawing my initial £10 as well as the £8+ after buying and immediately selling my investment. In hindsight, it wasn't too much trouble at all and I'd recommend giving it a go: which you can do here.
